3. Membership

Drink With Me operates as a private wine club. Membership is by invitation and application review only. We reserve the right to accept or decline membership applications at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to states where permitted by law. An adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries. You are responsible for ensuring someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the shipment. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability.

6. State Restrictions

Due to varying state laws regarding the shipment of alcoholic beverages, we cannot ship to all states. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is in a state where we can legally ship wine.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Drink With Me and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
